Explore a Career in Mechatronics

Mechatronics Youth Apprenticeship

Do you have a passion for robotics and electronics?

Are you curious about how machines and devices work together to solve real-world problems?

Roll all of those into one and you have the field of Mechatronics for innovative tech creations.

Mechatronic specialists work to make machines smarter and more efficient. One day on the job might involve assembling and repairing automated machines, another day could include operating and testing robotic equipment. In between, you might be reading blueprints, troubleshooting issues, and improving performance safety. If this sounds like a career you’d enjoy, a mechatronics youth apprenticeship with Guilford Apprenticeship Partners (GAP) can prepare you to get started.

As a GAP youth apprentice, you will:

Gain the hands-on skills you need

Get paid to go to school and train

Earn a college degree for free

If you’re a high school student, you can participate in a specialized youth apprenticeship program to learn how to be a mechatronics technician (and get paid). At the same time, you can earn a college degree for free, fast-tracking your way to a paycheck and a rewarding career.
