Get started on your application early! You can save your information as you go, and come back to it as needed. Just be sure to complete your application by January 31, 2024.

To apply for a GAP apprenticeship, you must be a junior or senior in high school and will need to provide the following:

  • Pre-apprenticeship availability (student must be available from June to August)
  • Signatures
    • Student
    • Parent or guardian*
  • Career goals
  • Demographic information

In addition, your career and college manager for public school students, or your high school counselor, will submit your high school transcripts and official attendance records to GAP.

*Please note, you’ll need a parent or guardian’s signature to apply. Also, keep an eye on your email (including the spam folder) for messages about the application and the document your parents need to sign.
