Student Application — Thank You

Thank you for completing the GAP online application.

To be considered for this program you must submit the items listed below:

  • Official High School Transcript — Ask your guidance counselor or CDC.
  • Official Attendance Record (Current & Previous Year) — Ask your guidance counselor or CDC.
  • Signature Sheet Download this document, have all parties sign, and send via email (a photo of the signed document is acceptable) to aflynt@cfgg.org.

These items must be submitted before the application deadline (January 24, 2020). There are NO EXCEPTIONS for late or incomplete applications. If you have any questions, contact your school counselor or CTE teacher.
